Prior to entering the real estate marketing profession, my professional experience included industrial sales representative, procurement manager, owner of a building supply and hardware firm, medical and hazardous waste industry and management of a retail jewelery firm. Formal education includes degrees in Psychology and Biology.
 
Alison was a client who hired me to represent and assist her family purchase a home in 2004.  During the home buying process, I mentioned to Alison's husband Brad that I needed to hire an administrative assistant to help me organize and manage my rapidly expanding business.  He immediately recommended Alison because she is ultra-organized and he felt she was not being mentally challenged in her position in public relations.  After a couple of interviews, I knew Alison would be the perfect complement to my long-range business plans...and I have been more pleased than I could have imagined.  The word assistant does not accurately describe Alison's function in our Team.  She is more like my boss.  She tells me where to be, what to do, and she actually says "you're so fired" about twice a week when I misplace or re-arrange her files (but never on payday).  We make each other laugh and that is so important for a working atmosphere in this sometimes intensely stressful profession. 

Alison's professional background is rich in Media and Public Relation industries including news editor, copy editor and wire editor of some very prestigious newspapers and magazines, and public relations manager of large hospitals and library systems.  She is one of the best detail-oriented managers and one of the most intelligent and teachable people I've ever met.  Alison started college at 17 and was an honors graduate with degrees in journalism and political science.  She is also a REALTOR® and our clients are always telling me they love working with her.
