We had the pleasure of working with The Danny Been Team on two occasions when we bought and sold our home with them. We were new to Little Rock in 2004 and had only a short time to look at homes. Danny went the extra mile to ensure we found the house that suited us perfectly and ended a marathon day of shopping for new houses with the submission of a contract at 10:30pm in his office ? he didnt want that perfect house to get away by waiting until morning. Alison assisted greatly in picking out the homes fixtures and lighting after we left town and added an elegant touch to the house we would have never been able to do ? what other REALTOR would do that for you?
In 2007, we needed to sell our home and chose The Danny Been Team to assist us again without hesitation. Danny worked his magic in a less than favorable housing market to sell our home in just a few days, well under the average of 59 days for the Little Rock area. When Danny says his best skill is negotiation, believe him!! The home sold very close to the asking price which was aggressive for the market and we still walked away with more money than was originally estimated because of Dannys negotiation skills. I wanted to formally thank you for the STELLAR job you did representing me in my recent home purchase. You and Alison went the extra mile on numerous occasions to ensure my first home buying experience was a positive one. I was comfortable with you and your expertise from our first meeting and it continued well after the closing papers were signed. It was especially comforting having you on my side since I was unable to physically be at the closing or perform a walk-through inspection. I never had a second thought about the safety, security and physical condition of my new home having you and Alison taking care of my best interests. Jason is in the Air Force and bought a new construction home in its early stages. He didn't see it again until moving day; trusting us to manage all the details such as choosing light fixtures and keeping him apprised of the progress.

Danny was the perfect realtor for us, as we were first-time homebuyers. He was willing to do whatever it took to ensure we found the right house to suit our lifestyle. He wasnt just in it for himself; if a relatively expensive home had a structural problem, he didnt hesitate to let us know. We never felt like he was too pushy or in a hurry to close the deal. The feeling when we moved into our home was bittersweet because we knew we wouldnt be dealing with Danny as much. Hes not just a real estate agent; hes a friend.
